I'm Araya Thianworakij — a civil engineer who has spent 20+ years turning complex designs into built reality, and the last decade bringing digital and BIM technology into how large construction projects are delivered.
Since 2004 at Italian-Thai Development (ITD), I've led engineering and design on 35+ projects — residential, condominiums, hotels, hospitals, offices, academic campuses, and MRT stations — up to the ฿15-billion Green Line mass-transit contract and the ฿29-billion Euar Arthon mass-housing programme. As Engineering & Designing Manager, my work is making sure every discipline — structure, architecture, MEP, medical systems — comes together into drawings that build cleanly.
From 2006 I began using 3D models for clash detection on precast structures, and pushed BIM deeper over the years — into design, a shared integration platform, the job site, and finally an organization-wide BIM standard. I've delivered BIM on hospitals, training centers, and terminals using AutoCAD, Revit, and Autodesk AEC — cutting clashes, RFIs, and costly rework.
I sit where construction meets technology — fluent in both the realities of a job site and the BIM tools that de-risk it. That means design leadership which already speaks the language of the field, for any project or team I work with.

Leading engineering and design across 35+ building projects, coordinating structure, architecture, MEP and medical systems into buildable shop drawings.
Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand — 2011–2013. Engineer, Professional Level (Level 7). Directed the PMC consultant on feasibility studies, design, cost estimation, and tender evaluation for MRT lines.
